Yes! Believe it or not…Christmas is only a matter of weeks away.

 

The Worship Planning Team have been getting together, once again, to think about the true reason for this coming season and to arrange services for the whole family.

 

This time of year, possibly more than any other, is our most ideal time to invite our friends, family and neighbours.

Let us share the Love of God and the truth of Christmas with our wider Community.

 

Of course, Christmas for many is not the happiest time because of loss in their lives. Many have lost friends and family, jobs, or relationships.

 

It is most important that we, as followers of Christ, share the compassion that we, too, have experienced in our lives through our relationship with Jesus Christ.

 

Some years ago, North Lake Macquarie Uniting commenced a couple of Christmas traditions. One is the “Christmas Without Them” service, held on the afternoon of the third Sunday in December. The other is our Christmas Eve Family Carol Service.

 

The Worship Team would like to encourage everyone to invite your family, friends and neighbours to all our services leading up to, and including, the Christmas morning service.
